1. Service Description 1.1 The continuous monthly (or annual) membership service is an automatic membership renewal service provided to you based on the premise that you have already activated the "Manga Capsule" membership service. 1.2 If you activate this service, it shall be deemed that you authorize the application developer (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") to deduct the next billing cycle's monthly (or annual) fee from the balance of accounts including but not limited to your own recharge account, third-party payment accounts bound to the membership account, bank cards, communication accounts, iTunes accounts (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Accounts") when your "Manga Capsule" membership service is about to expire.
2. Service Prerequisites 2.1 The prerequisite for this service to be realized is that you have bound your "Manga Capsule" membership account with the aforementioned accounts and can successfully deduct fees from the aforementioned accounts. 2.2 You have the obligation to regularly monitor and ensure that the selected payment channel account has sufficient balance to satisfy the application of continuous monthly (or annual) service. 2.3 If the continuous monthly (or annual) service application cannot be satisfied due to the aforementioned defects (including but not limited to: insufficient balance, insufficient balance to satisfy user's selection of multiple continuous monthly services), the Company has the right to suspend or terminate your membership service without further notice.
3. Cancel Subscription 3.1 If you choose to cancel the continuous monthly (or annual) service, you need to cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the membership expires, otherwise the system will still automatically renew the membership for the next month (or next year). 3.2 Unless the user violates national laws and regulations or the provisions of these service terms, users can choose to unsubscribe from the continuous monthly (or annual) service, but the service fee for the current month (or current year) when activated cannot be refunded.
4. Suspend or Terminate Service 4.1 If you choose the continuous monthly (or annual) service, you can suspend or terminate this service through the following methods: For Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) auto-renewal users, the unsubscription method is as follows: Open iPhone "Settings" —> Enter "iTunes Store & App Store" —> Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscriptions", and cancel the "Manga Capsule Membership Service" subscription.
5. Service Adjustments 5.1 The developer has the right to adjust the duration, price, and related content of the existing membership continuous monthly subscription according to user needs, changes in product and service content, etc., to continuously improve and optimize services.
